What you will be doing
With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:
- Serve as the main contact (external/internal) for On-Wing engine maintenance activities and the technical/logistical planning of these at worldwide service centres or customer main bases.
- Be responsible for the continuous improvement of On-Wing engine maintenance processes to meet customer satisfaction, product safety & quality, cost, revenue, and turnaround time targets.
- Deliver On-Wing maintenance work-scopes in accordance with airworthiness regulations and contractual/commercial T&C, coordinating closely with service centres and customers.
- Provide standardized reports to measure performance against service delivery targets.
- Support the development of an On-Wing maintenance planning IT solution and its integration with other IT applications to standardize On-Wing maintenance planning.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold a Diploma, Bachelor, or Master in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- Have advanced knowledge in aviation, aircraft, and engine maintenance planning, along with technical product expertise.
- Possess extensive experience and knowledge in multi-project management.
- Be customer-focused with strong business acumen.
- Be fluent in English with broad intercultural skills; a second foreign language is desirable.
