We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Member CRF to join the Comp Rotor Facility in Annesley.

The Role of a Team Member is to process product using various techniques, that require a time served apprenticeship and experience of machining, inspection and NDT, as set out by technical instructions, Inspection Procedure cards, Engineering drawings and specifications.

In this role you will work a shift pattern which can consist of regular days, 2 shifts, 3-shifts or a 4-shift pattern depending on workload. Whilst most areas operate on a 3-shift basis, you have to be flexible to the business needs.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. What you will be doing:

Carrying out machining inspection or NDT, inspection using various Inspection Techniques on a variety of Blades, Discs, Blisks and Drums.
Work closely with support functions.
Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
Maintaining high levels of 5s, Housekeeping and Asset care.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship* and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
Previous Inspection experience is preferred although full training will be given.
Good Levels of numeracy and Literacy.
Good eyesight.
Being able to maintain Safe working practices.
Ability to work independently or as part of a Team.
